The beds were unbelievably comfortable, there were tons of rooms, and the large family dining table made it perfect for gathering together. The game room kept everyone entertained, and trying the cold plunge for the first time was such a fun experience, especially paired with the sauna and hot tub. We felt completely safe and comfortable the entire stay. The elevator was also such a top-notch feature and made bringing luggage up and down effortless. The views were amazing, and the location was perfect for hiking, waterfalls, and beautiful walking trails. It was the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and family time. “Fernie Mountain House is indeed an apt name. This gorgeous home is at the foot of the mountain. You have breathtaking views from every room in the house. The decor, appliances, and layout made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The multiple updated, kitchens, suites, bathrooms, and living areas allowed for 12+ people to remain together as closely as we wanted and as separately as we needed during our stay. The elevator came in very handy in moving luggage and heavy items to all areas of the house. With a hot tub, games room, giant dining table, and large TVs in nearly every room we had all of our desires catered to. These are easily 5-star accomodations in one of the most beautiful mountain communities in all of Canada. I will recommend this stay to family, friends, and acquaintances alike.”
